Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A 25 cu.yd. light alloy quadruple dropside tipping body built by Bonnallack and Sons Ltd. and operated by Marley Tiles Ltd. The body has been specially designed for the transport of dehydrated lime and is mounted on a Crane Fruehauf semitrailer chassis hauled by an Atkinson tractive unit. Internal dimensions are 27 ft. by 7 ft. 6 in. by 3 ft. 4 in. high and the weight of the complete vehicle is 7 tons 4 cwt. 2 qr. An unusual feature for a vehicle of this type is a full-length cat-walk of light alloy expanded metal which offers no obstruction to the lime when loaded from overhead. The mainsides are of a specially designed extruded section which forms a seal with the dropeides, the latter incorporating a leak-proof overlap. The body is covered with a nylon-reinforced plasticcoated sheet supported by a tubular steel framework.
