PRAISE for the joint study carried out by the
Ministries of Transport and Housing and Leeds City Council in the fields of traffic, transport and related problems, came from Mrs. Barbara Castle last week.
"The work has shown how integrated policies for planning, housing, public transport, road construction, traffic management and parking can be directed to a realistic common end", she said in the Commons.
