Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

RAPID Reactolite are sunglasses which give protection in 30 seconds and meet the manufacturer's claims in every other way. We found, however, that light coming into the eyes from above the lens reduced the effectiveness. When this upper area was "sealed" the improvement was apparent.

This produced a second problem area. When driving with the sun coming in from either side window, especially between obstructions like trees, poles and lampstands, the effect was at best disturbing. Again, side "blinkers" cured the problem.

Perhaps the makers would look at these aspects. This is a Chance Pilkington product. It is available in five models at £6.95 per pair from CMSpecial Offers — PO Box 182, Braintree, Essex CM7 BRA.
