THE FIRST specialised training centre to provide a fully integrated programme of technical and commercial course for Dodge and Renault vehicles has been opened.
The 930sqm (10,000 sqft) centre is situated on the Woodside trading estate, Cunstable near to the Karrier Motors head office and assemb4y plant.
Technical and sales training fpr Dodge products was previously provided at a number of locations throughout the country while the Renault training activity was formerly based at Manchester.
The new centre is equipped to cater for a wide variety of courses for dealers and operators staff as well as Karrier's own employees.
In addition to a full range of workshop and diagnostic equipment, major components such as Perkins and Renault engines, g3arboxes and axles are available for practical instruction.
Closed-circuit television is among the audio-visual aids available to staff.
