IF Reg Barker (CM January 29) ii his defence of the Serpell Repor believes that about the railways let him ask No 1 Road Transporl Pressure Group, his friends at the Freight Transport Association, this: Could their members even operate
without British Rail? If they can't then why even press for bigger weights (it won't stop at 38 tonnes)?
