• The RAC began a winter weather reporting service for East Anglia yesterday. Operating from the RAC's Eastern. Counties fin at Norwich, the scheme provides an up-to-the-minute, 24-hour information service not only for drivers using the roads in the area but also for those wishing to make journeys to other parts of the country.
