Excelsior Coachways (Telford) was adjourned indefinitely by West Midland Traffic Commissioner John Mervyn Pugh last week, when director Ronald Burns admitted that the accounts had not been audited since 1983.
Mervyn Pugh is also considering taking disciplinary action following the issue of three immediate prohibitions and a delayed prohibition, when four of the company's vehicles were examined in March of this year.
