• Parkdale Holdings has sold Harrogate bus station to West Yorkshire Road Car Company for 22.48 million.
The Leeds-based company, whose pre-tax profits for the half year to October fell from £501,003 to 2254,000, has made a 21.5 million profit on the bus station, which it bought last year.
Last month Parkdale Holdings exchanged contracts with the National Bus Company to buy six more bus sites and garages for around £6 million.
