Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• MAN F90 tractive units and drawbar vehicles over 224kW (300hp) built for the UK are to be fitted with combined speed limiter and ASR (anti-skid control) from 1 July. The Bosch system includes a cruise control which can be set at speeds between 40km/h (25mph) and 961cm/h (60mph).

As the system automatically limits wheel slip, MAN will no longer fit differential locks to most of the models. Heavy haulage tractors will be an exception — mechanical diff locks will continue as standard.

MAN trucks affected by speed limiter law will be factory-fitted with VDO top speed limiters except for the G90 10.150. The 10-tonner will be fitted with a Lucas-Kienzle top-speed limiter and cruise control.
