• Commercial Motor Workshop, Lasalign and Rozone have joined forces to offer operators a free exhaust smoke check. The test uses the same equipment as will be used in LGV test stations and the offer runs to the end of August. Formal smoke testing of LGVs and PCVs starts from 1 September. Those wanting a smoke test should drop in at Lasalign's workshop at Crick Truckstop on the A5, a few minutes from J18 on the Ml, or call on (0788) 822116.
