THE GOVERNMENT has no intention of introducing a natio scheme of concessionary fares at present.

Stating this in the Commons, Kenneth Clarke, Parliament; Secretary for Transport, added that it was for individual lo authorities to decide what concessions they wished to prov within the resources available to them.
