An easily read 254min (10in) diameter illuminated scale is one of the features on the new Hartridge N1K2A roller brake tester. The gauges are mounted in a remote console and can be equipped with a maximum brake effort hold facility. A remote hand control allows all the tests to be carried out from the vehicle driving seat and a calculator built into the rear of the instrument console gives a quick interpretation of the test readings.
The IVIK2A is designed for either flush floor mounting with the rollers carried in a shallow pit or top floor mounting. The latter permits the device to be easily moved to any convenient workshop position.
