Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Kent Industries reckons that its CV (Clear Vision) windscreen repair kit pays for itself after five to seven repairs, and it will also please insurance companies, especially those promoting small-area repair techniques instead of costly replacement.

Priced at upwards of £200, the kit contains two UV curing resins for star and bull's aye damage as well as a runresistant 'vision fill' element for surface or final repairs. Both cover a wide temperature range and cure in a few minutes.

Headlamps and other glass surfaces can also be repaired. A drill, burring tool and UV lamp are included in the comprehensive kit along with clear instructions designed to simplify the whole process.
