tiation with 'certain grades of worker employed by the U.T.A. is -to -be set up under the Ulster Transport , Authority (Terms and Conditions of Employment) (Northern Ireland) Regulations, 1949. In default of settlement, matters can be referred to a Transport Staff Tribunal.
The Regulations also provide for the establishment of committees and councils to promote the safety, health and welfare of worketcs, and to discuss' matters of comnion interest to them and the Authority.
