liquids group of the Road Haulage Association on Tuesday, a scale of demurrage charges relating to bulk liquid and road tanker vehicles was recommended. There will be an allowance of not more than two hours' waiting time for loading or unloading: for longer periods a minimum hourly charge of 25s. for vehicles up to and including 8 tons, and 35s. for vehicles over 8 tons, will be charged.
