'THIS outfit (below, right) just out into I service by Northern Ireland Trailers Ltd. has an unsually large container designed for lifting with a full load; the payload capacity is 20 tons. The container, constructed in heat-treated alloy by Cravens Homalloy Ltd., is 25 ft. long, 8 ft. 211 in. wide and 8 ft. 9 in. high internally. The unit is lifted through a steel underframe.

The under frame, and the Pitt seMitrailer frame upon which it rests. were built to the specification of Mr. C. Taylor, superintendent engineer of N.1. Trailers.

Joloda tracks are incorporated in the timber floor of the container, which is enclosed at the rear by 7-ft.-high doors.

The tractive unit is an Atkinson T2846 with Gardner engine, six speed overdrive gearbox and doublehelical rear axle.
