Dublin, has received schedules of the proposed classification of road-transport merchandise from the Great Northern Railway Co., the Great Southern Railways, the Londonderry and Lough Swilly Railway, the Co. Fire at Vauxhall Factory.

It is estimated that £20,000 damage was done in the Ere which occurred last Monday in the bodybuilding shop at Vauxhall Motors, Ltd., at Luton. By a coincidence, the fire-engines employed against the outbreak were Bedford machines from this factory.

Rebuilding of the destroyed shop, which involves two floors, has been commenced, and, fortunately, there is available the partially constructed new factory addition, comprising 61acres, a portion of which is being utilized as a temporary bodybuilding shop. The 1,600 workmen affected will probably return to the works on Monday.
