MR. A. S. BELLAMY, 5, Guildford Avenue, Gillshill Road, Hull, has succeeded Mr. G. H. Butler as honorary secretary of the Hull and District Centre of the Institute of Transport, He is honorary treasurer of the Centre, and will combine the two offices.
