Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Heated freight containers designed to withstand the extreme cold of Canadian winters are being 'produced by Steadman Containers Ltd, of Toronto: A first order is for 175 units for Canadian National for its special container services.

Built into the containers are propane heaters, readily serviced from outside when on rail cars or delivery vehicles. Foam insulation and specially designed aluminium flooring provides even heat distribution and protection from severe cold.

The units are 20ft long by 8ft 6in. high and are fitted with ISO corner castings making them suitable for handling by either top-lift equipment or by Steadman sidetransfer trailers which are in wide use with C N.
