Important modifications to the Super Stork 7000 orbital sander are announced by Marron Machines, sole concessionaire for these tools.

The main body has been strengthened by the addition of internal ribs and the base plate has also been made stronger by doubling the thickness of the anti twist ribs on the underside. In addition to these two improvements, new-type paper holders give an 80 per cent increase in grip on the abrasive paper.

Internal modifications consist primarily of new brush holders and a new cable strainat the point of entry into the handle. And an added safety feature is the use of a new type of double-pole switch.

Marron Machines report also that it is adding a number of completely new machines to its range including air machines from America which will be known as Super Stork Hutchins Air.
