Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Negotiations by Don's Coaches (Hale Bros.) Ltd., of Bishop's Stortford, to complete its fifth coach company takeover deal since 1950 are in the closing stages. Mr. N. J. Hale, a director, told CM this week a takeover of the coaches and premises of Streets-Lee Valley Coaches, of Ware Road, Hertford, was nearly complete.

Extended tours of twoto nine-day duration are one of the features of Don's present 16-coach fleet operated from two depots. The acquisition of Streets will add another eight coaches and garage.

Mr. Hale said the acquisition of this firm did not mean he would necessarily organize more extended tours. He hoped to operate the existing express and excursions at present specified on Streets' licences.
