THE GOVERNMENT aims to provisions in the Transport Bill Parliamentary Secretary for Transport Kenneth Clarke told the Committee considering the Transport Bill that if the changes in road service licensing could be effected in the autumn, it would probably be convenient for all concerned.
The changeover to operator licensing and various other bring the road service licensing Into effect in October.
