Your story on whistleblowers this week (CM 15-21 August) is all very well. Lots of us drivers want to keep within the law and lots of us are under pressure From bosses to break the law. But it's no easy step from that to telling the authorities.

How could anybody be sure that individual drivers would not lose their jobs if employers found out (and you can bet they would) who it was who grassed on them? Would we be Fully supported by the Government ? Would
