• BIG PRIZE FOR LIVERPOOL STATION DESIGN.

The prize, designed to promote architectural design in concrete, was awarded to Mr. P. E. A. J. Marshall, student of Liverpool School of Architecture. The site selected was between the Adelphi Hotel and Lime Street Station. Competitors were required to plan a coach and bus terminal station to be used by various operating companies.
