The A-licence renewal struggle in Yorkshire continued on Thursday of last week, when the application of Bouts-Tillotson Transport, Ltd., caine up for hearing and was adjourned until December 4. . Altogether time applications were down for hearing, and the proceedings on the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday were reported in last week's issue.

The Bouts-Tillotson concern applied for licences for 82 vehicles (405 tons) and 59 trailers (132 tons) formerly licensed to Ryburn United Transport, Ltd. It was stated that over 11,000 tons had passed through the BoutsTillotson company's Leeds depot during the pint six months.
