Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE FIRST HINO 700 Series trucks in Scotland have entered service with the construction services division of well-known operator WH Malcolm. The batch of 10 comprises eight 8x4 steelbodied tippers, one 8x4 tipper with an insulated alloy body and one 8x4 hook loader. All of them are powered by Hino E13C TM410 engines fitted with Jake Brakes and driving through ZF 16-speed boxes. The vehicles were supplied by new Hino dealer Cumbria Truck Centre in Carlisle, which is also opening a dealership in Uddingston, Glasgow.
