Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LEN WRIGHT Travel is buying a fleet of ex-London Buses DMS-type Daimler Fleetlines to operate on its LRT service.

The company submitted tenders based on running or operating new Volvo BlOM based single deckers on the three-year contract.

It also offered to operate new buses on a five-year contract for approximately the same rate as the seven to eight-year-old Fleetfirtes.

Managing director Len Wright is keen to ensure that the operation does not have a down-at-heel image and that his operation has enough buses to maintain the required service.

No decision has been taken on the vehicle livery, although Mr Wright is keen to establish his name as a bus operator as well as a leading operator of executive coaches.

He plans to recruit a team of bus drivers specifically for the operation and is considering setting up a separate operating company for the bus route He told CM that drivers' wage rates were not likely to be any less than those of London Buses, but that their working arrangements would be more flexible and the drivers might, for example, be required to keep their own buses clean.
