IVECO UK has added four 160.16 16-tonners to its parts delivery fleet operated under contract hire by BRS Northern.
Each vehicle is powered by a six-litre turbocharged 120kW (161hp) Deutz air-cooled engine coupled to a ZF six-speed gearbox, and is equipped with a demountable body built by NFC subsidiary Star Bodies of Oldham.
The rigids will be used to supply both the main monthly stock order to lveco dealers as well as the weekly supplementary deliveries. Five demountable bodies are used with the 160.16s allowing one to be kept at Winsford for loading.
