Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SEALINK UK is charging operators £33 per linear metre to carry vehicles of over 5.5ry length on its newly-introduced Portsmouth-Cherbourg service.

That rate includes a driver's meal and berth; the rate for unaccompanied vehicles is £38 per linear metre.

For sailings between the Channel Islands and Cherbourg, the rate per linear metre is £26 for accompanied vehicles, £33 if Sealink vehicles are used, and £30 for unaccompanied vehicles.

Meanwhile, Sealink reports that its freight carryings on the Folkestone-Boulogne crossing almost doubled last month, up by over 900 to 2,000 vehicles.
