I OWN-ACCOUNT operator is found guilty by Gravesend igistrates last week, after one its vehicles was stopped in irthfleet, Kent and was found have a tachograph that was t calibrated.
The transport manager of the )mpany, South Essex ockholders (trading as Industii Services), said when terviewed that he believed the 7;hograph to be calibrated.
A letter to the court from the ,mpany said the vehicle was le to be calibrated but an ap)intment was cancelled. Due to i oversight by the company, the :hide was not re-booked.
The company was fined £10 id was ordered to pay £10 toards the cost of the prosecu)n.
