AAssuming the vehicle he drives is
operated under A or B licence the regulations governing the granting of annual holidays and holiday remuneration are those set out in paragraph 28 of the Road Haulage Wages Council notice RH (84). The minimum period of employment of four weeks qualifies for an annual holiday of one day, graduating up to 12 days for at least 48 weeks' employment.
