• A PI on 16 December will look at a new application from BVW Transport, based in Colchester, as well as an objection received against it. Disciplinary action will be considered, as well as an interim licence.
Cambridge
• A PI on 20 December will look at disciplinary action against DR Hansard and Son, based in Hemel Hempstead.
• Disciplinary action against Sprint Xpress, which is based in Norwich, will be considered at a PI on 20 December. The transport manager’s repute will also be looked at.
Eastbourne
• Sopi and Co, based in East Ham, London will attend a PI on 9 December, at which disciplinary action will be looked at.
• Chatham-based Gary Mason Civil Engineering is to make a variation application on 12 December. The TC will also look at disciplinary action against the business.
• On 21 December, the TC will look at a variation application from Keltbray Plant, based in Wallingford. Disciplinary action against the firm will also be discussed.
