PICKING up and setting cloy restrictions, imposed on a se tion of route on a servi operated by Western SMT b tween Glasgow an Paisley/Neilston, at the behe of Strathclyde PTE during t company's recent ScotMAP se vice revision, are to be remov following an agreement b tween the two operators.
The restrictions were impose on a section of route betwee the Pollok shopping centre an Darnley in South Glasgov Subsequently the PTE applie for a new service between Pollc and Darnley which was oppose by Western SMT. Howeve; Western agreed to withdraw ii objection on the understandin that the PTE will not oppose th company's application to re move the picking-up restriction;
