Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• LiRS at Leeds will lose a i3m-a-year Lyons Bakeries distribution contract to Lloyd Fraser Holdings (LFH) next January. LFH pipped the NFC subsidiary on price.

The 45 drivers employed on the nationwide contract could be transferred to Lutterworth, Leics-based LFH. It is talking to the Transport & General Workers Union about offering the 49 staff a Transfer of Undertakings package.

LFH plans to set up a company called Lloyd Fraser Contracts, which will be dedicated to Lyons Bakeries and based close to the cake maker's factory near Barnsley, South Yorks.

LFH also owns ADL (Amalgamated Distribution Ltd) which was set up in 1989. ADL is dedicated to a contract with Asda Stores, which demands 32,500m of warehouse space and 45 trucks.
