Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A free leaflet, "Tins of paint" from the Metrication Board sets Out the standard metric ranges and the appropriate spreading capacities.

The standard range of tin sizes agreed by the industry is 5 litres, 2.5 litres, 1 litre, 500 millilitres and 250 millilitres. Tin diameters have not changed. Old brushes will fit the new tins.
