• After eight months' picketing dockers the East London-based Midi; Cold Storage company has applied withdraw its complaint against the TGI and the Stevedores' and Dockers' un with the National Industrial Relati Court.
Mr Edmund Vestey, joint head of Vestey group which owns MCS, "We have taken this decision to try create a better atmosphere in which to sc the present problems."
