BLACKPOOL and Paris are already on the 1967 diaries of many cleansing enthusiasts. The 69th annual conference of the Institute of Public Cleansing will be held in the northern resort on June 6-9 next year. Three weeks later (June 26-30) there will be the ninth International Conference on Public Cleansing in the French capital.
