A Magirus-Deutx tractive unit operated by the London haulier Hiltons Transport on trunk hauls to the north in conjunction with a tandem-axle Crane-Fruehauf semi-trailer. The outfit is plated to the manufacturers' maximum European gross vehicle weights as follows: tractive unit 36 tons and semi-trailer 26.75 tons. This was done at the request of the operator and will make the outfit already operational if regulations concerning gross vehicle weights come in line with European standards.
