Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Leyland Bus has scooped orders worth over 2500,000 with two municipal operators. Chesterfield Transport has bought six Leyland Lynx single decker buses — the first new vehicles to enter its fleet for over three years.

The 49-seater Lynx have 162kW (218hp) Leyland TL11H engines, with ZF automatic gearboxes, and will be used on local and inter-urban services. Chesterfield's PSV fleet is 90% Leyland.

Grimsby Cleethorpes Transport has taken delivery of four Tiger single deck buses with Alexander P-type bodywork. The Grimsby Tigers have a lowered nearside front frame to allow a wide entrance door and a reduced step height. The low frame option was originally developed for operation in Northern Ireland, and Grimsby is the first English operator to take a similarly modified chassis.

The 51-seaters are powered by turbocharged 164kW (220hp) Gardner 6HLXCT engines coupled to Leyland Hydracyclic gearboxes. They will operate on local services.
