Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• WBS Keillor of Kellas, Scotland, has joined the fastgrowing ranks of PSV bodybuilders which offer a luxury minicoach conversion based on the T2 Mercedes 609D panel van. Keillor already produces welfare models based on the 609D, but its conversion for Brown of Letham is its first foray into the luxury coach sector with the 12 van. The little 19-seater has a fully-trimmed interior with MTB high-backed seating, a separate luggage boot and side skirts. Keillor has also modified the panel van's nearside door to comply with PSV regulations, and to allow a low entry step height, but a jacicrife door is optional. Keillor quotes a typical price of around 210,000 for its coach conversion on the 609D.
