NATIONAL EXPRESS ar National Holidays have be told that their pre-privatisatiā financial target is "a contrib tion to long run unavoidak costs of E7m on out-tui prices".

He recalled in the Commo that Norman Fowler, his pr decessor, had set a performan target of a reduction of open ing costs per vehicle mile three per cent in real terms 1981. The company, he said, e timated that the actual reducti( was actually 3.8 per cent in re terms.
