Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FOLLOWING its recent change of name from Retreading Equipment Ltd., R E Tyre & Rubber Co Ltd is taking part in Tipcon for the second time and is featuring the latest in the range of equipment used in its Kenprest and Kentred processes.

A feature of the display will be the new Mark 9 Buffer/Peeler unit which provides for cost reductions in casing processing. These reductions are obtained by the introduction of a peeler head which removes the bulk of the rubber from the casing circumference before buffing takes place.

Other improvements on the Mark 9 include a new inflatable chuck to carry the tyre, revised control, switch layout and repositioned casing-drive unit.
