A 1 2-month freight atract worth more than )0,t100 has been signed with -ro operator Dundee Fers.
Operating front Dundee 3 Arbroath, McIntosh car.!s freight to Western rope, Yugoslavia, Greece and I urkey. ()ver the past four months the company has tried out the Dundee-Rotterdam service.
Managing director David McIntosh says: "This service has enabled my organisation to be more competitive that I am purchasing a further six Units and trailers at a cost of £250,000."
The contract is for reserving space on board the vessel and for the actual carriage of lorries.
