AFTER 34 years with Don and Low, group sales export manager George Anderson has retired.
Anderson had been involved in local transport in the Dundee area all of his working life. On leaving school he joined railway carrier Wordic and Co, and was with the company when it was taken over in 1951 by British Road Services.
He then joined the Don and Low group, taking up the post of export manager in 1966. He had controlled group export sales since 1970.
