A PETITION to wind up freight forwarder H&G European (CM, March 2) has been lodged by a creditor and will be heard in the High court on March 25.
The petition has been lodged by a substantial operator, and is likely to be supported by at least seven creditors.
H&G European started offering loads to hauliers late last year after American principals bought Pearson Freight Services.
