Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LONDON COUNTRY Bus Services Ltd has announced that it is to launch a new inter-airport express coach service on April 28.

The service, which will link Heathrow and Gatwick airports, will compete with the British Airports Authority helicopter link.

Operated as Green Line route 747, coaches will cover the journey in about 70 minutes with only one stop at the Heathrow cargo terminal. The service will operate hourly each direction.

The single far for the journey will be £2,50. In 1983, when the M25 motorway is completed, London Country expect the journey time to be reduced to less than 40 minutes.
