OVER 75,000 copies of a poster publicising the new road tai labelling regulations are being distributed by the Health Safety Executive, the Road Haulage Association, and Freight Transport Association. The strip cartoon posters show how new warning panels emergency services to identify the nature of hazardous lc and enable quick action to be taken. This is the latest stage of the campaign to bring the regulations for the carriage of single and multi-loads of da rous chemicals to operators' attention. The Hazardous Substances (Labelling of Road TanI4 Regulations 1978 come into effect on March 28, and a around 400 different substances.
