Fonadek International has recognized that head-sets restrict movement and that precise volume control is most desirable. As a result the new Fonadek, which costs £2.50 less than the model it replaces, is a desk-top unit with a volume control knob and a separate loudspeaker which can be wall mounted for workshop — or office -use if required. The unit, powered by a PP9 battery, is activated when a hand-set is placed in its cradle.
