A range of heavy-duty drive power takeoff units for side mounting on most popular British makes of gearbox is now available off-the-shelf from Edbro.
Four basic types are designed to suit 118 different gearbox applications. Three have ratings ranging from 18 to 25 hp at 1,000 rpm and the fourth, designed specifically for the Fuller gearbox, is rated at 62hp. The pto units come as part of a complete kit including cable or air control, gaskets, flanges, studs and adaptor plates.
