you say that a carnet de passage is required in France for trailers only. Does this mean that accompanied traffic does not require a carnet de passage?
AA carnet is required for both accompanied and unaccompanied trailers. What the agreement means is that where the trailer is accompanied, a carnet is not required for the tractive unit.
